Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Riviera Beach, our mission is simple yet vital — to ensure that every individual and family has access to safe, stable, and affordable homes that stand the test of time.

We work to preserve housing that might otherwise be lost to disrepair, redevelopment, or rising costs, helping sustain diverse and thriving neighborhoods where people can live with dignity and opportunity.
